Honoring my mom, and making a difference, together

A few years ago, my mom -- a fierce feminist and lifelong liberal -- was living in a red state, and missed having a like-minded community nearby. I had the idea of making her a "Blue State of Mind" t-shirt to wear, but never got around to it. She passed away earlier this year of dementia. To honor her memory and provide a way for our like-minded community to fight for what we believe in and feel a little less helpless given everything happening in our country, I started Blue State of Mind.
