Please do not use my email as it will not be answered in a timely manner. Using the contact seller button comes to my phone as a text, so I will be able to answer you quickly. It will also ensure record of our communication.
PRODUCT GUARANTEE:
I use strong elastic to make the bracelets. (The best I could find). However accidents happen, please let me know if you experience a break, I will be happy to fix it for you. I want you to enjoy your purchase for a long time.
CHOOSING A SIZE:
Sizes are actual wrist measurement, not the length of the bracelet. Please measure your wrist and order that size for a snug fit or the next size up for a looser fit. If you need an in between size, simply write a note in your order.

Transit time is usually 2-5 business days in the U.S. although that time is not a guarantee.

Please note that the materials used in the jewelry offered on BlueStoneRiver originate from all over the world, this includes China, Africa, Czech Republic, U.S, Canada, India, Phillipines and many more places. Many of the beads used are dyed to create more vibrant colors.
METAL SENSITIVITY AND LEAD:
If you have a sensitivity to metals, please note that almost every product has metal alloy, pewter, stainless steel etc.. in them. The manufacturers of these elements lists the ingredients and I count on these lists to be true and accurate to ensure that there is no lead in the products. However I am not able to test them to be certain.
