Never Stop Dreaming
I started making dreamcatchers when I was on maternity leave enjoying my time off with my little man. Our other friends started having babies, and after I made a dreamcatcher prototype of my own, I thought that dreamcatchers (I have affectionately named them "dreamies") would make a lovely gift for all the new babies that were coming into our lives. I always loved the sentiment behind dreamcatchers and have find memories of making them at summer camp growing up. The more I made my dreamies, the more I fell in LOVE with the creative process. I have always liked making things, but this process was so enjoyable. I loved picking through remnant bins at the fabric store and finding roll-ends of unique vintage lace trim and putting all my treasures together to make something beautiful. Before I knew it, I had people contacting me because they had seen one of my dreamies in their friends home and wanted to know how to get one! So I started my little shop. My little boy is now almost two (where does the time go!?) and I feel SO blessed to be able to stay at home with him and be a full-time mom and wife, as well as an avid crafter, novice baker, food lover, essential oil geek and yogi.
