I am making a wall of pins in my classroom and the extras will fit perfectly to uplift students every single day. What if I want to return my digital download purchase?
You may request that your digital download purchase be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided you have not yet downloaded the item as verified by the seller via the Etsy platform. To do so, please contact me via the Etsy platform.
Gift wrapping and packaging
PINS, BADGE REELS, MAGNETS, & KEYCHAINS
Gift wrapping is not available, but I can include a custom note.
These items are wrapped in several layers of padding made from reused packaging materials and sent via USPS in an envelope.
Very rarely, an item is damaged or lost during transit. Except in the case of large orders, I can replace your item--please contact me. Otherwise, Etsy now provides purchase protection for lost or damaged items for purchases under $250, and will refund your order. Please file a case with Etsy.
MUGS & T-SHIRTS
These items are fulfilled by Printify.
Gift wrapping and custom notes are not available.

Custom and personalized orders
CUSTOM ENAMEL PINS
Yes, I can technically make a custom enamel pin for you, but it's not an easy process. A new enamel pin design costs about $200 and requires about 3 months to produce. I design all my enamel pins myself, then they are produced by a factory.
CUSTOM PINBACK BUTTONS
In contrast to enamel pins, I make all my pinback buttons at home from start to finish. I can make you one or many within days. Make a purchase via the custom pin link (the design + pin is $10), and send me a note with what you have in mind. I'll make at least 3 designs within 3 business days for you to choose from, then I'll make the pin once you approve a design. I require a purchase before I start the process.
