3 out of 5 starsI filled these with helium from party city at noon for a 7 pm party. The balloons sank to the floor by 3 pm. I believe it’s because of the confetti inside the balloon that makes them too heavy to float.
Pretty for floor decor, but not a practical helium ballon.
