If you have any requests about embroidery, sizing and colors, we would love to hear from you about it!
During the busy wedding season, please allow for at least 24 hours during weekdays and 48 hours on the weekends for a response.
Please note that items on sale are final sale. If there are issues that can be address, we always try our best to accommodate.

Returns and Exchanges Policy
* We do not allow for returns, exchanges or refunds once an order is placed. Any defective items may be addressed provided a picture is sent with details of the issue.
These sales are final and can not be returned or exchanged.
If you wish to return the item for any other valid reason which will depend or vary on a case to case basis, we will return 75% of the merchandise value.
The refund will not include the shipping charges and the cost of shipping the item back to me is to be borne by the customer.
Custom and personalized orders
We offer Embroidery and Monogram options in specific colors and fonts that can be done on the back, at the front (on pocket) and on the cuffs.
You can add your Name, Titles (Bride, Bridesmaid, Maid of Honor, Flower Girl etc.) as well as monogram initials (single letter, 2 or 3 letters).
For 3 letter initials, we recommend to send us in First Name, Last Name, Middle Name order.

We will make the embroidery design as per the details mentioned in the order and will not be responsible if there are any errors while placing the order.
When will I receive my order? Do you do express shipping?
Once you order it usually takes 3-5 business days to finish the product.
Shipping takes 8-12 working days depending on your country. (this does not take into account exceptional delays/public holidays/ parcels in customs)
If you need to rush your order, you can choose express shipping at checkout or please contact the shop.
We use DHL Express, USPS, AUS Post, Yodel (UK) and local couriers and track all parcels till it reaches your address.
Sizing details
We follow US Dress Size as a base for our measurements. We offer sizes from Adult, Plus and Children Sizes. We have added enough room for comfort in our sleepwear over your body measurements. Please follow our size chart in the listing pictures and contact the shop if you have any queries.
I received my order and there is a problem with my order. How do I fix it?
We must be notified of any issues with your order within 1~2 business days of delivery. As if your items were required for a specific date, we need enough time for a resolution.
Items on SALE are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund.
