Can I access my spreadsheets on desktop, tablets and mobile?
Yes! You can use your spreadsheets on desktop, laptop, tablet and mobile for Excel or Google Sheets. Please check the details of each individual product some spreadsheets are available on Google Sheets and Excel and some spreadsheets are available on Google Sheets only.
How do I download my files?
1. To download files click on “Purchases and Reviews” under “Your Account”, then select “Download Files” next to the order. Or go to https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases. Then click on ''download''.
2. You can check your email inbox or spam to find a receipt email sent to you after purchase. A link to download the PDF file will be available in the receipt email.
Please note that digital downloads are not available on the mobile app, so you will need to download a digital file through mobile browser or computer.
