4 out of 5 starsIt was good service aside from the fact that they sold out of the color I wanted. So the shop offered another color. It was fine. But would’ve been nice if they offered a discount at least. I didn’t want to ask.

I appreciate your order very much and yes, sometimes filament colors can be on back order. That is why I try to offer 40 colors to give a wide variety to choose from. My listings always suggest that people have a backup color in mind for cases like these. Customers are always welcome to message me before they place their order to confirm I have a particular color in stock. I will always be happy to order in specific colors as well 😊
