Shipping
We will do everything to deliver a perfect product to you if could not meet your expectations of the ordered item you can send an email to Bo . Within 7 days after receipt of the order If no written claim has been received by Bo within this period of 7 days shall be deemed Bo , in respect of the goods delivered , to have met . Fully with its obligations , without penalty and without giving any reason within 7 working days from the day following the delivery . If you want to rely on you this option you must return the goods at their own risk and expense within 5 working days send back to Bo , Begijnendijksesteenweg 66 - 2230 Ramsel, Belgium. Days are all calendar days except Sundays and legal holidays .
The amount paid will be refunded within 15 days after we have returned items back in our possession shipping costs not included.
This warranty is void if :
a) the product worn and / or washed and / or no longer in their original packaging .
b ) has attempted to remedy the fault yourself
c ) you have not followed the instructions and / or instructions
d ) You are responsible for the damage to the product .
