This seller took two weeks to send pots. I had to message the seller to see if pots had been sent. She was having family issues so I was sensitive to her situation. A week later no tracking info was given to me. Had to message the seller again. Two days later received tracking info. 1 month later the pots arrive and one was broke. The pots were not wrapped individually. Only newspaper was used to protect pots while shipping from Belgium to the US. Seller has not responded when told of the broken item. Wont be buying from this seller again.

Excellent quality! It arrived safely and was packed securely with lots of newspaper and bubble wrap. Shipping was a little slow, but I will buy from here again!
