The shipping was fast and the material is great, however I would have to say that the sizing is off. nI ordered a small and it fits more like an extra large!! nThe back strap is not very convenient for some yoga postures as it folds and sticks up and does not lay flat.... this would lead to a very uncomfortable inversion!!! nAll in all, for the price it is great, but not for small sizes nor serious yogis.
