    I purchased and paid for TWO pairs these earrings, only to be contacted and told that only ONE pair was available < disappointing yet not the end of the world. Next, I received the remaining ONE pair of earrings which were in a diabolical state... tarnished with dark spots. I contacted the seller immediately with proof of photos informing them of my disatisfaction with the item and requested a full refund and offered to send the item back at their expense. Their response was unsatisfactory and void of any wrong-doing. Their lack of moral integrity as a seller is disgusting. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.

    The order originally included two pairs, and the second pair was refunded immediately when I realized only one was available. The earrings were carefully packaged and shipped in good condition, using protective packaging. Tarnishing can occasionally occur during transit due to humidity or environmental conditions, which is outside of the seller’s control. I provided assistance and advised the buyer to open a case with Etsy so they could review and resolve the situation appropriately.
