5 out of 5 starsI ordered water bottle labels at the last minute when an order with a different vendor was unexpectedly cancelled. I know it can be fatiguing constantly dealing with customers who are worried about their order reaching them in time for an event, but Rachel and MJay were nothing but pleasant, considerate and communicative. My order arrived with enough time for me to apply 80 labels. I left the existing bottle label on (I think the end result looks better and it also saved time) and applied the custom labels overtop. Quality is EXCELLENT, (thick material, not see-through). Ty so much!!

Sorry. We do not accept refunds on items damaged during the application process. Please reach out if you have any questions!
What happens if my item is lost?
Once your order is packaged and taken to USPS, it is out of the sellers hands. We provide tracking on most items so the buyer has the ability to track and locate their order. If your order is lost or does not arrive, please contact us so we can come up with a solution.
How soon will I get my order?
Please see the "What is your current processing time?" FAQ response here for updated shop processing times.
Please note: Once USPS or UPS has the order, we have zero control over the delays or delivery dates. If tracking is stalled, please remain patient as USPS does not always show updates in a timely matter
Returned or Undeliverable Items
If we receive an order returned back to us as undeliverable, we are not responsible for a refund if the error is on the buyers end. We will review everything case by case and determine what the appropriate next steps will be.
