5 out of 5 starsFar, far, far exceeded my expectations. Extremely professional and easy to work with. I gave them a very difficult project, with probably way too many pictures to prep, but man did they deliver. A true work of art, exactly how I pictured it in my head. I began looking at urns many months ago but found nothing that was truly personalized or special, until I found Bolt. As soon as I saw their work, I knew I had found the company to make mine. Their laser etching is masterful, with exquisite detail throughout. It really pops on the black granite! Product: 10/10 Quality: 10/10 Communication: 10/10 Friendliness: 10/10 Shipping and packing: 10/10 You can't go wrong with Bolt!

Id recommend them to anyone who has lost sumone special to them!!! The engraving was beautiful also picture came out honestly way more beautiful than I could have ever imagined!
