They delighted every step of the way, reaching out and working patiently with us as we hammered out the perfect personalization for us. I will have to say I was worried about shipping problems with the sheer weight of this product but no need, as I have never seen a better packaged shipment in my life. Wood crate kind of protection. The personalized urn is beautiful and I can tell it will be a lasting tribute to the memory of my mother. I am so thankful to all of you for your hard work at Bolt Laser Works. Id recommend them to anyone who has lost sumone special to them!!! The engraving was beautiful also picture came out honestly way more beautiful than I could have ever imagined!
