Today, Joe manages our international operations and raw material sourcing, working alongside his parents, Jim and Carol, and his son, Jude, to keep our independent workshop thriving.

Handling large-scale custom orders requires a highly coordinated, meticulous family effort. Joe personally travels to remote corners of the world to negotiate directly with local artisan suppliers for our raw gemstones, horn, antler, and hand-carved bone materials. We take a natural byproduct that would otherwise be discarded and, through the incredible skill of our carvers, give it a beautiful new life.

We use our profits to continuously fund massive raw material acquisitions, scale up our production capabilities, and secure even higher volumes of inventory. By handling everything in-house across three generations—from Joe’s sourcing travels and Carol’s professional photography editing to Jim’s precision drilling and Jude’s active listing and promotional management—we keep our operational costs rock-bottom.
