Succulents are delicate and fragile. That's why we take the utmost care to package and ship them. Most succulents need to be dehydrated to minimize bruising, breakage, and all kinds of other shipping damages. Therefore, our normal shipping time is 3-5 business days plus postal delivery, to allow time for proper packaging.

Our free shipping promotion is for Ground Shipping only. If you qualified for free shipping but would like to get Priority Shipping, please purchase Priority Shipping upgrade separately. You will need only one Priority Shipping upgrade for the entire order.

Because of the complexity of shipping plants, we do not offer returns and exchanges. However, we do guarantee our plants and products to be of excellent quality, and offer a 72 hr Quality Guarantee. If plants do not arrive in good condition, please contact us with photos within 72 hrs of delivery. Please kindly understand after that, we will not be able to issue refund/replacements.

Please also understand that our plants are for gardening use, and may not be suitable for immediate floral use upon receipt. The colors of succulents change in response to lighting, temperature, ambient and soil moisture levels etc, and the changes can be so vast, that it's impossible to have all of them represented in a few listing photos. We strive to provide plants that are as close to the listing photos as possible. However, sometimes due to seasonal factors and shipping conditions, they may not have the exact look. We do, instead, guarantee that the plant names are correct. If you discover any listing with wrong nomenclature, please contact us and we will have it amended.
