The notebook is beautiful and compact. It's the perfect size for a vow book. And we intend on using it to add Polaroid and document a little bit of our elopement. The paper is great quality, but I would ask if I can do a more premium paper for my goals specifically. However, I needed it fast since it was for an elopement. Anyways, great buy and would get another one soon for another project.

The Linen Handmade Journal is a lovely little thing! The craftsmanship on the binding is just superb. Beautiful. The inner cover is a soft thick pad, something like a writing pad, unexpected. The paper- I'm not a fountain pen user, but it seems good for that- it is smooth. I like paper that is tactile, like French stationary paper. This paper is smooth, somewhere between Midori and Rhodia amongst the notebook papers I can touch at the moment. It is the binding, though that spoke to me. What a thing of beauty!

Very nicely crafted book. The cover is made of heavier material than expected.

Wonderful kit. I have not yet started, but all of the materials included are high quality and the guide includes a TON of pictures for help on working through the process.
