Can I change the size or orientation of the template?
The size or orientation of the template cannot be changed, please do not purchase if you want a different size, we do not offer size or orientation changes on our templates.
Can you edit or customize a template for me?
Our templates are for you to edit yourself, but if you have any issues with editing, please write to us and we will be happy to help you.
Animated invitations are edited and customized by us once you have sent your full customization (data, music and photos).
How do I get my files after purchasing them?
There are two types of digital purchases:
Digital Downloads: Printable cards are available once payment is confirmed. If you paid with PayPal or a credit card on Etsy, it may take between a few minutes and 72 hours for the download link to arrive in your email. If this time has passed and Etsy still has not sent you the file, send us a message and we will send you the template from our email.
Custom Downloads: Animated invitations will be sent within 24-48 hours after you have submitted your completed customization. Once your order is complete with your animated invitation, you will be entitled to 1 free revision to modify your customization (event details, photos, and music). The modified animated invitation will be sent to the email add
Can I edit on a mobile phone?
We recommend a computer for convenience, with a mobile phone you can only make basic edits.
Can I change the color of the graphics or modify the design of the template and animated invitation?
Unfortunately no, in our templates the graphics and images are not editable nor can you delete them. You can only modify the texts for your event.
There are no changes to the design, graphics, colors or adding slides on animated invitations.
Do you have returns?
We do not make changes or returns, if you make a purchase you are accepting our purchase policies, read the descriptions of our listings for more information.
Is the download instant?
It all depends on your payment method. Etsy may take a few minutes or up to 72 hours to send you the email for payment confirmation. If after that time you still have not received the email from Etsy, please send us a message and we will gladly send you the file from our email.
How do I download after purchasing?
-Access from a computer: Open the order confirmation email from Etsy and click the downoad link or On the Etsy menu > go to your account > purchase & reviews > Download files
-Access from a phone: Login to Etsy.com from a web browser (Safari or chrome - not the app) On the Etsy menu, go to your account > Purchases & reviews > Download Files.
