What is the quality grading policy?
Pin Quality Policy Update 2024:
Standard Grade: Meant to be worn or displayed! Free of major defects but *may* exhibit very minor imperfections.
Seconds Grade : For budget collectors. Multiple or major defects such as: air bubbles, stray paint/glitter specs, metal plating defects (excluding backs), and low-fill or gouged enamel peeling enamel, missing enamel, or other unexpected problems (B-Grade pins are in better condition than C-Grade pins).
Pins are all standard grade unless noted, and not all pin listings have an option to buy a second grade. Listings are updated if there are seconds grade items available.
How long do international packages take to arrive?
International packages may take up to 8 weeks to arrive to their destination. However, on average it does not take longer than 4 weeks.
