Boss & Worker began as a spark between two generations of creators, Mother and Daughter, Linda and Jennifer, the powerhouse duo behind DynaGrace, Morganite Gems, and 2BizChicks.
With a shared love for business, branding, and a good dose of workplace humor, they found themselves juggling multiple ventures while constantly riffing on the quirks of leadership and labor.
One day, between candle pours and Canva mockups, they joked about needing a mug that said, “Cluster F*ck Fixer” and a candle that could “burn away the meeting that should’ve been an email.” That moment lit the flame—literally—for a gift shop that could speak to the soul of the workplace.
Boss & Worker became their way of honoring both sides of the grind: the ones who lead with vision, and the ones who make it all happen. With Linda’s tech-savvy storytelling and Jennifer’s sharp eye for design, they built a brand that blends metaphysical depth, strategic wit, and products that feel like inside jokes with meaning.
