Q: What is your return and exchange policy?
A: Thank you for supporting BotaniVibe! All of our apparel is custom-made just for you using a print-on-demand service. This means we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. We do not hold any inventory, so please choose your items carefully.
Q: How do I know which size to order?
A: We want you to love your new shirt! A detailed size chart is included in the product photos for every item in our shop. We highly recommend measuring a favorite shirt you already own and comparing it to our chart to find the perfect fit.
Q: What should I do if my item arrives damaged or there is a printing error?
A: Oh no! While it's rare, mistakes can happen. Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. To help us resolve this quickly, please send a message with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will work with our printing partner to send you a replacement at no cost.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Because we process orders quickly to get them to you as soon as possible, we can only accept cancellations within 2 hours of your purchase. After that, your order will be in production and cannot be cancelled.
Q: How are your products made?
A: We design our unique botanical vibes here in our studio, and then we partner with Printify to bring them to life! When you place an order, Printify prints the design onto the garment and ships it directly to you. This print-on-demand model is a sustainable choice that helps reduce waste.
