I have a passion for creating and always have since being a young girl doing arts and crafts with my Granny. Sustainability and environmental consciousness are very important to me and are always a priority with any of my work and endeavors. Over nearly a decade, the kitchen has been my workshop and vegetables my medium. You can find my work Instagram.com/BotanicalEats. In 2018 I took a leap in a new direction by moving from Houston up to the Piney Woods of northeast Texas, began a woodworking craft, and started my BotanicalWare studio. With my father (DoubleBullDarts owner) as a mentor in the shop, I create everything from food-related pieces such as spice racks and food photography backgrounds to plant holders/hangers and geometric display shelves. In 2019 I shut the shop down to move to Washington and work on flower and vegetable farms, and I now have my own workshop here in Seattle and have relaunched my business as of October 8, 2020. I'll be adding new content to my @BotanicalWare instagram very soon! I use naturally aged as well as reclaimed wood that I purchase that is oftentimes decades old to make my pieces and hope that in doing so, I'm able to preserve a bit of the past. The goal is to continue to evolve and make timeless work that adds just the touch your home needs.
