ANNOUNCEMENT!
AUGUST is the month our shoe makers pack their bags and go to the beach,all orders of sandals that are not in stock will be processed beginning of September.
Bags and accessories will be dispatched within 3-7 days accordingly.

Thalia Bo is about love of craftsmanship and quality. Our products are unique and colorful, we design for the modern bohemian woman that wants to have fun and wear something special. Sustainability is very important to us so we always look to use chromium free leathers and recycled yarns when possible.

We use techniques like weaving and hand dying that take long time to be completed and all sandals and accessories are made with love and attention to detail.

Payment

Payment options are Paypal / Direct Checkout or Etsy Gift Cards. Shipping prices are based on the weight of the package. I do not profit from shipping and will always refund any shipping overage where necessary.

ADDRESS: Please check that your details are correct BEFORE purchase as your registered / Paypal address will be used to ship your purchase, if done in error, I'll cancel the order for you and you can check out again with the correct details.

We dispatch from Cyprus and are very happy to ship worldwide. We aim to dispatch within 3-5 working days of receiving your order and cleared payment. For footwear as is made to order we will dispatch within two weeks.We will inform you if there is any delay.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

TRACKING: The shipping price displayed, is for registered mail, you will receive a tracking number, sometimes depending on the carrier it will not show when it has arrived at your country if they don't provide that service.

CUSTOMS : Buyers are responsible for paying the customs fees and taxes set by their own country. I do not falsify customs forms or mark as a gift.

DELIVERY: Arrival times vary greatly from country to country,so I cannot guarantee specific arrival times. Most packages will arrive within 1 - 3 WEEKS but it can take up to 4 weeks in some instances, for packages to clear customs due to extra security checks.

Additional policies and FAQs

Inner pads are NOT included with the covers - they are very costly to ship, therefore it is more economical for customers to purchase them locally.

Every effort has been made to show the correct colour of the items for sale but please be aware that colour monitors do vary.
