4 out of 5 starsThe item was shipped from mainline china -and not from Birmingham base as suggested and there was a delay in its delivery. It was explained that the change of shipping origin was simply a temporary measure as the Birmingham store had recently been fire damaged. The item is lovely and it’s a great present. The communication with the company was good.
