Frequently asked questions

Do you accept returns?

I will accept returns if you notify me within 7 days of receiving item. Please ship item in original package within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs. SHIPPING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDED. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

How will my item be shipped?

I use USPS with Priority Mail within 1-3 business days. On oversized or fragile items, I prefer FedEx. Please let me know if you prefer a shipping option before purchasing.

Insurance is included in shipping costs. All packages will have a tracking number sent to the buyer via email shipping notification.

Do you sew the pillow covers you sell?

Yes! Each pillow cover is hand crafted by me in my little sewing room in Texas.

Do you ship to countries outside of the U.S.?

No, At this time I only ship to the U.S.

What is your policy on damaged items?

In the case of a shipment arriving damaged, please contact me immediately for instructions. For me to file a claim, I will need photos of the damage which can be sent through the Etsy messaging system within 3 days of receiving item. Please retain the contents you received and all the associated packing materials until your claim is settled. You may be asked to take them to your local Post Office for inspection later. Please do not reship the package unless instructed by me
