Boundless Bands Shop Story
I am the owner of the Etsy shop, Boundless Bands. My family and I have been a part of the jewelry business for generations, so we have decided to put our skills to work through our Etsy shop. We enjoy working together with our customers to create a product that is unique and meaningful. Creating wedding bands requires many steps and we use both the traditional metal smiting technique and modern technology. All of the rings at Boundless Bands are suitable for laser engraving. It can be a short love message, a date, symbol, your personal handwritten message, fingerprint, soundtrack, your favorite song written in music notes etc...You can customize your wedding ring by adding gemstones or birthstones. Our laser system is very precise and the engraving will look perfectly clear.
A Wedding Ring commemorates more than the day of your wedding. It is symbol of a lifetime partnership, love and commitment. We have an experience in designing and crafting custom made rings. It starts from an idea which becomes a hand-sketch. The 3D Design software will allow us to see the visual model of the design before it's actually made and create modifications if needed. The next step is the casting process. Casting is an ancient process that casts metal jewelry from an original wax mold. It is fascinating that in 2015 we still use methods that are over 5700 years old. The oldest cast sculpture was found in the Cave of Treasure in Israel and it is dated back to c.3700 BC. During the casting, a liquid metal is poured into a mold and fills the cavity of the desired shape. Once casting is complete, we move to polishing and the finishing process.
Some jewelry pieces are created in the old fashion way. The handmade step by step processes are involved to give your imagination a real look at what the final product will look like.
