When will I receive my physical print package?
All physical poster orders are shipped within 1-3 days, and depending on where you live, can take up to 7 business days for domestic US orders and 20 business days for international orders to arrive at your doorstep. All orders ship with tracking numbers, trackable via the USPS tracking system.

Physical prints are shipped from our studio in San Jose, California, United States.
Where can I find my digital purchases?
Great news! Once your payment is confirmed, you'll be able to instantly download the posters from our download portal. No waiting required!

You can print the files at home or at a local print shop. The files are compatible with most photo printing services.
Are your posters copyrighted?
Yes, All artwork in our shop, including graphics, layouts, and texts, is copyrighted. Redistribution or commercial use without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited.
Do you offer custom collections?
Yes! To discuss creating a custom collection, please message us via Etsy messages.
Return Policy
Please review the listing to confirm if returns or exchanges are accepted for your order. If returns are allowed, Etsy policies require the customer to cover the return postage fee, and items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
For orders over $200, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds will be issued once the returned items are received and inspected. Exchanges, if applicable, will be processed after the returned item has been approved.
