I ordered this tie 2 months ago and was promised delivery by 5/4. Two days after my order was placed, the seller closed the shop with no notification. I followed up after the delivery date had passed and received no response. I requested a refund and still received no response. I returned from my honeymoon and now finally have time to deal with this and Etsy says I missed the window to dispute it by 4 days. I'm completely annoyed and disappointed the seller basically got my money for nothing. I no longer want or need the item. I want a refund.

Shop took my order but then “went on a break” with zero communication and then refused to complete the order or even respond to a message. I ordered this months before our wedding to give ample time for it to be made and delivered. How this shop has such good reviews I’ll never know, because they clearly don’t care about actually fulfilling orders or any kind of customer service.

I ordered 4 pairs of suspenders for my groomsmen in my wedding. I messaged the seller asking if we could please stick to the shipping dates that were advertised. I paid for the express shipping. I was leaving the country for my wedding and needed them before I flew out. I never received a response from my initial message about delivery times. The seller immediately “created a shipping label” upon purchase leading me to believe that they were sticking to the $35 express shipping fee. But here we are nearly a month later. Package never shipped. Never got a reply to any of my messages. Had to jump on Amazon the night before I flew out and overnight belts for my groomsmen instead. Had to open a case with Etsy to get any kind of resolution. Terrible experience and very unnecessary stress added to my big day.

Never received it and took a few days for a refund with no communication or responses in between other than automated responses.

Must be a scam vendor. No communication, only auto replies. Tracking appears faked. Items never arrived.
