Tuve mi primer hijo 4 meses después de que mi hermana tuviera su tercero. Ambos son niños y nos encantó reunirnos y tener citas de juego y pasar el rato. Sin embargo, ambos trabajamos. La cantidad de tiempo que pasábamos con nuestros bebés y entre nosotros se acortó por las horas que estábamos dedicando a nuestros trabajos de tiempo completo. Mi esposo todavía estaba en la escuela y la mayoría de nuestros ingresos provenían de mi trabajo administrando un salón. Avanzamos dos años y ambos estábamos a punto de dar a luz a niñas. Bueno, por supuesto, con las niñas pequeñas viene una avalancha de accesorios. Comenzamos a elaborar diademas y sandalias descalzas para que las usaran nuestros pequeños. Ambos estábamos trabajando a tiempo parcial ahora, pero como muchos de ustedes saben, la carga de llevar a una familia financieramente es enorme. Decidimos que, dado que estábamos creando artículos para que nuestros pequeños los usaran de todos modos, ¡también podríamos hacer algunos extra para poner en una tienda de Etsy! Jugamos con la idea por un tiempo, hablando sobre lo que venderíamos y cómo comenzaríamos. Luego, en un día aleatorio en septiembre de 2016, ¡decidimos dar el paso y probarlo! Nunca iba a despegar si nos sentábamos y hablábamos de ello. ¡Así que aquí estamos, dando el paso y esperando lo mejor! ¡Nos hemos divertido mucho creando cosas que queríamos que nuestros hijos usaran y ahora compartiéndolas con ustedes! ¡Esperamos que disfrute comprando Bows Before Clothes y vuelva a consultar a menudo, ya que estamos agregando nuevos listados todo el tiempo!

I had my first child 4 months after my sister had her third. They are both boys and we loved getting together and having play dates and hang out time. However, we both worked. The amount of time we spent with our babes and with each other was shortened by the hours we were putting in to our full time jobs. My husband was still in school and the majority of our income came from my job managing a salon. Fast forward two years and we were both about to give birth to baby girls. Well of course with little girls comes an onslaught of accessories. We started crafting headbands and barefoot sandals for our little ones to wear. We both were working part time now but as many of you know the burden of carrying a family financially is huge. We decided that since we were creating items for our littles to wear anyways, we might as well make a few extra to put on an Etsy shop! We toyed with the idea for a while, talking about what we would sell and how we would get started. Then on a random day in September 2016, we decided to take the plunge and give it a try! It was never going to take off if we just sat back and talked about it. So here we are, taking the plunge and hoping for the best! We've had a lot of fun creating things that we wanted our kids to wear and now sharing them with you!
