Can I change the color ribbon or thread used from what's shown in the picture?

Absolutely! Everything you see can generally be changed. I do my own embroidery and am happy to change colors for you. Ribbons come in 80+ colors and you can choose from any of them.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes, custom orders are always welcome. I'm happy to take a look at what you're trying to match and see if I can help.

Can I get my order faster?

I'm always happy to try to accomodate your schedule. If you need something by a specific date, please let me know before ordering so I can check my stock. If I have to order something, it slows down the process. I offer a Priority shipping upgrade for an additional $4.00, which will get your order prioritized to the beginning of my production line and get your order shipped Priority Mail 1-3 day delivery.
