How long will it take my order to arrive?
Many of our pieces are made to order and can take approximately 3-5 business days from the time you place your order until the shipping date. Each piece is a bit different, so please check the listing page of the individual piece you're interested in for more accurate info!
If you need your order by a specific date for a gift, holiday, etc., please send us a message or attach a note to your order! We will do the best we can do accommodate your request.
Help! I received my order and something is broken!
Fret not! We pack our pieces as carefully as possible but accidents do sometimes happen in transit. Please let us know right away if you receive a damaged order and we will do our best to make it right for you.

We're happy to quote projects of any size for homes, offices, restaurants, hotels, institutional projects and beyond. Please reach out via Etsy or our website with your request and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Can you make this piece in a different size or configuration?
The answer to this question is almost always YES. Typically the size of a piece is really only limited by what UPS can physically handle, and we can break larger projects down into smaller panels for easy hanging and to reduce shipping cost. Let us know what you're looking for and we'll do our best to figure it out!
I'm looking for a custom coffee table. Can you help?
We love building custom tables and are always happy to work with you on a special project. We work closely with a tempered glass manufacturer and can make custom glass in nearly any size, though we typically recommend sticking with more common "stock" sizes such as 24x24", 24x36, and 24x48" to help keep overall cost a bit lower.
Do you ship to AK and HI? How about internationally?
There are some items which we unfortunately cannot ship to Alaska and Hawaii due to UPS and USPS size limitations. However, please feel free to message us and we will do our best to figure out a solution for you!
We do ship internationally on a case by case basis - please message us for more details and for a shipping quote. Duties and taxes are not included for international orders.
