Frequently asked questions

Custom and personalised orders

All of our prints are made to order, and many include personalised details. As such, we are unable to accept cancellations or make changes once your order has been placed.

Refunds are only issued in the event of a fault or an error on our part. If this occurs, we will offer you a full refund or a replacement. In some cases, we may request photo evidence, or that the item be returned to us.

Please ensure all spelling and personalisation details are correct at the time of purchase, as we will print exactly what you provide.

How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days. However, if you’ve ordered a personalised print and some details are missing, there may be a delay while we contact you for the necessary information. To avoid any hold-ups, please keep an eye on your messages and emails until your dispatch confirmation is received.

My order is dispatched but I haven't recieved it yet

Once we have sent you your dispatched note, your item will be in the hands of the Postal Company (Usually Royal Mail) and out of our control. Sometimes there may be a slight delay during busier periods but please contact us, if you haven't received your order after 10 working days of receipt of your dispatched note. If the parcel company classes your parcel as lost we will refund in full or provide a replacement if you prefer.

Undelivered or Returned to Sender

If your order is returned to us because it was not collected from your local postal office or a re delivery was not arranged (where applicable), we will require payment for the postage cost to resend the item. Please note that this re delivery is not covered by the original free delivery offer.

Please double-check that the delivery details saved in your Etsy account are correct and up to date. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout, and any costs for re delivery will be the buyer’s responsibility.

The colours of my print are different to what I see on my screen.

Colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to differences in monitor and device settings. We do our best to ensure accurate colour representation, but slight variations are not considered faults.
