Custom and personalised orders
For custom orders of panels, a $75 non-refundable pattern fee is required to cover the time spent preparing the pattern(s). This fee will be applied against the balance of the order if the patterns are accepted and the buyer wishes to proceed with the order.
If the patterns are approved, 50% of the remaining balance is required before actual work can begin. Cancellation or changes may not be made after this point. Specific glass selection will be made at this time. Pictures will be sent during the construction so that you may see the progress of your panel.
After your panel is completed, photos of the finished piece will be sent. The remaining balance is due at this time, prior to shipping.
