Do you wholesale your products?
I offer many of the products on BoyPilotGoods.com directly to retailers. For details, please send a direct message.
Where is your size chart?
Apparel listings contain a size chart or charts in the product images. Sizes are unisex and equivalent to US Men's sizing.
If you see an apparel listing without a chart, please let me know. I can also advise on sizing questions.
Can you customize or change a design?
Yes, I sometimes create custom designs based on my existing designs! This may require a custom fee depending on the extent of the changes. Please send a message for more information.
My sticker order is marked delivered but isn't here. What's up with that?
Standard US shipping for stickers is a paper envelope with basic letter tracking, which will update within your Etsy order but cannot be plugged in to the USPS tracking tool online.
The tracking for this shipping option is accurate within approximately 3 days. You may see your order marked delivered up to 3 days before actual delivery.
International sticker orders with basic shipping options are not tracked as they are shipped with an international stamp.
Need extra security? You can upgrade any sticker order to a rigid mailer with full USPS parcel tracking for an additional fee. You only need to purchase one upgrade for your entire sticker order. Large sticker orders may be upgraded for free at my discretion to ensure safe delivery.
My package is missing or stalled. Help!
Sometimes unfortunately packages are lost by the shipping carrier, or stop moving. Please contact me to resolve lost or stalled packages. If your shipment does not have tracking, please allow one month (internationally) to receive your item. International tracking may not update after it arrives in your country.
In the event that your package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please contact me for help. If your order was shipped as a letter, this may be a result of how letter tracking works (see above) or may be a misdelivery issue. I can advise further by private message.
