How do I care for my BrattonCraft jewelry?
I recommend purchasing a BrattonCraft polishing cloth to remove tarnish and restore the shine. Alternatively, you may very gently wash your jewelry with silver polish.
Can I request a custom design?
I source the charms and pendants used to create BrattonCraft jewelry. With enough lead time to create your design within your desired timeframe, I can order materials to complete your vision.
Do you provide personalization services?
BrattonCraft doesn't currently provide personalization services, however you can request Swarovski crystal birthstone accents to be added to some BrattonCraft jewelry designs.
Holiday Return Exceptions
BrattonCraft items purchased from November 15th through January 1st may be returned new and unworn if received by BrattonCraft by January 15th.
