Returns and Exchange details

- If for any reason upon receiving your decal you wish to return it, please contact us and we'll let you know what you need to do to get it back to us. Once the item has been returned the buyer will be refunded the full amount they paid for their item (MINUS SHIPPING). (Not applicable to custom orders....see below).

-CUSTOM ORDERS and customized/personalized items are not eligible for returns, so please double check the proof(s) we send via message to make sure everything is correct...including sizing and spelling. We assume that once custom decals are purchased, they have been carefully reviewed and approved. If something is our mistake we'll fix it at no charge (THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE FAULTY APPLICATION)

Refunds are not permitted when customers fail to follow application directions and apply decals incorrectly or to surfaces not intended for vinyl decals. Please follow the instructions that are included with every order carefully. All Customised orders will arrive exactly as the proofs show and will come with detailed directions for application.

All returned items can not be used or damaged & must be returned in the condition they were sent in with all packaging materials included.

DECALS marked delivered by the courier for more than 14 DAYS CAN NOT be RETURNED or REFUNDED

Decals that have been used may NOT BE RETURNED or REFUNDED

*We strongly advised buyers get a TRACKING NUMBER when returning items as proof of postage if it gets lost*

Please Select the correct size before you purchase your item. We can't be responsible for a customer choosing the wrong size and will not be able to refund so please double check before you checkout your purchase.

Our decals in the displays are not sized, they are displays only. What you'll need to do first is measure your space, then refer to the size guide we have posted with each listing. Most decals have 4 sizes to chose from. Small, Medium, Large or XL. Chose the size that fits your space best. We always recommend measuring first.

Most decals come as 1 decal sheet for application as shown on your screen. Some Large decals and mostly all XL decals may come in 2 or even 3 Panels with a 0.500cm overlap

We strive to process and dispatch each order ASAP.

Each decal is cut to order and usually is dispatched the day after purchase.

Orders purchased on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Public or Bank Holiday will be dispatched next working business day.

If you need your decal by a certain date, please let us know and we can discuss other dispatch methods.

Please double check your address when you check out to be sure it is correct, as we dispatch to the address given at checkout. Once a package has been marked delivered by the courier, we consider the order completely fulfilled

A question that we are asked frequently is if our vinyl wall art adheres to textured wall surfaces. We have never tried to apply our vinyl to a textured wall as the vinyl must be applied smoothly or it might not stick properly to the surface. With this in mind we do not recommend applying our vinyl wall art to textured surfaces.

FRESHLY PAINTED WALLS need at least 3 months to "cure" or the decal may peel off/not adhere properly. Please bare this in mind if you are purchasing a decal for a newly renovated/painted space.

**Refunds WILL NOT be issued for decals not adhering due to the above issues.

Every order comes with detailed instructions of proper application.

All our products are made of the highest quality in the vinyl decal market. Our decals are cut when they are ordered, which means you can order exactly what you want, and you receive a freshly cut decal, not a decal that has been sitting on a shelf for months.

Our decals can be applied to most surfaces. Smooth walls, glass, mirrors and plastic.

Decals will have great difficulty adhering to the following surfaces and may not stick at all:

*Freshly painted walls - New paint will 'gas out' over a few weeks preventing the decal adhering to the wall.
*Exposed Brick
*Damaged or uneven Surfaces
*Rough/Textured Walls

Refunds WILL NOT be issued for decals not adhering due to the above issues.

Each decal comes with complete application instructions. Decals are super easy to apply and are by far the easiest way to embellish your space.

Simply peel the White backing off your decal and apply the decal with the transfer tape side to your wall or surface. Please follow all instructions included with your decal for the best application results.

Our decals are removable but NOT reusable.

Decals are a one time use product as the vinyl stretches and tears when it is removed. Removing the vinyl from your wall or surface is simple and hassle free.

**Shop owner bares no responsibility for damages, and buyer applies decals at their own risk!*

If your shipping information is incorrect, and we get your decal back, the customer will be responsible for a new shipping label. If a shipping label is already printed, the customer is responsible for additional shipping label charges. As UK delivery is free (Included with the order) the customer will have to order their item again if it is sent back.

If your order hasn't been shipped, contact us ASAP and we will correct the address. If it has been shipped you will have to contact Royal Mail and have them try to reroute your package. Make sure to have your tracking number when you call! BUYER is Responsible for contacting Royal Mail and buying additional postage.
