Custom and personalized orders

I love custom orders! If you can think it, I can probably stitch it. 😊
For logos, sometimes I can digitize (turn into an embroidery file) them myself if they don't have a lot of intricate details. For more complicated work, I sometimes need to send it out to a professional digitizer.
I do not inflate the price that they charge me, I only charge you what I am charged for this service. It runs between $10 and $20 to digitize most logos.

Can I see my embroidery design before you stitch?

If personalized in any way, yes, you will be sent a photo proof through Etsy messenger before I stitch. Please check your messages for proofs. We do NOT like to stitch anything personalized without an ok of the proof.
If we do not hear back from you within 3 days of sending proof, we will have to stitch without your ok. In this case, we'll keep our fingers crossed that everything is spelled correctly and things are the way you want them.

Wholesale availability

We do not offer wholesale at this time.
We do offer volume discounts on 10 or more of the same item. Contact us for more information.

Can you ship faster than your time listed?

Sometimes, yes, we can ship quicker. Depending on the amount of orders we have at the time. If you are in a hurry, contact us to see what our current timeline looks like.

Do you ship outside the US?

I don't have international as an option on my listings because shipping gets very complicated.

I am happy to ship to other countries - please contact me, and I can create a listing for you with actual shipping prices to your location.

For orders outside of the US: Buyers are responsible for customs and import taxes that may apply.
I can not be responsible for delays due to customs.

Due to COVID-19, international shipping has been VERY slow.
