4 out of 5 starswe customised our scratch it to reveal a wedding announcement. Quick and easy process. Only feedback/ improvement would be to use a bold font for the name or message on top. the font used is fine and looks like the ink is running out.

When can I expect to receive my order? (For Australian Residents)
Australian Residents will usually receive their order within 3-6 business days after order is dispatched. If you haven't received your item within 10 business days from dispatch, please contact me.
Due to COVID-19, Australia Post has stopped guaranteeing next day express deliveries. Your parcel may arrive later than expected even with express post.
Please note that I cannot be held liable for orders arriving late. Please check the processing time and delivery times. I'll do my best to dispatch them as soon as possible. Delivery times are unfortunately out of my control, please understand this before purchasing.
When can I expect to receive my order? (For Overseas Residents)
***Please be advised that there may be delays for international deliveries due to COVID-19.***
All international deliveries will be sent with tracking as untracked airmail is currently not available. Standard delivery is generally 2-4 weeks, however please note that your order may arrive later than the original estimated shipping times due to COVID-19. If you are in a rush, please consider this prior to ordering.

I provided the wrong postal address
Please check your postal address carefully before purchasing, as failure to receive the item due to incorrect address provided will not be our responsibility.
Please notify us straight away if you realised that you have provided the incorrect address. We will endeavour to change the address for you if your order has not been dispatched yet.
If you notify us of incorrect address after your order has already been dispatched, unfortunately we can no longer change the address as your parcel will be in the hands of the postal service. Address cannot be changed or intercepted after dispatch and while parcel is in transit. Please note that we will not be responsible for your lost parcel if you have provided the wrong address.
Undeliverable packages
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, you will be issued a refund for the item(s) less original postage fee paid if the items you purchased were non-customized or non-personalised items. If the items you purchased were customized or personalised items, unfortunately we cannot issue a refund.
Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable can be reshipped, however you will need to pay for the reshipment fee.
