5 out of 5 starsMy new painting is beautiful and arrived much quicker than I expected. The colors are bright and vibrant and exactly what I expected based on the listing photos. I opted for unframed stretched canvas, and the artwork was very carefully packaged in a wooden box and easy to unpack using a screwdriver. Lin Na provided updates throughout the process from painting start to finish and shipping updates, along with clear, easy to follow instructions for unpacking the art without damage. Very happy with my new artwork!

you couldn't find a perfect size in the size listing,please measure your space first,then,send the size to me for a quote,will reply within 24 hours at latest because of difference time zone between counties.
3.Custom and personalized orders.
How similar between original piece shows online and recreated piece.Because all of our paintings are handmade and often custom ordered, so minor or subtle changes may occur with your painting. Your painting may not be exactly the same as the picture you made the order from. It will be nearly identical, but not exactly the same. What I can promise is our quality of work we deliver on, and it will be a beautiful painting as you expect.
4.Delivery Time.
You will receive the painting around 2-3 weeks,Stock oil paintings can be mailed within 1-2 days.

Worldwide shipping.We're using FedEx.Each painting is inspected and professionally packaged for safe travel so that your painting arrives to you in perfect condition.（Express delivery can be specified, and the cost of express delivery can be borne by the buyer.）
6.Packaging
To protect painting well during international shipping,all paintings are ROLLED(Unframed/Not stretched)and shipped in a quality
plastic/cardboard tube to avoid damages,it's 100% safe and painting comes back to its original/flat state once you stretch it on a wooden base.
7.Can I return a work of art if it doesn't meet my expectations?
Yes, please return it within Thirty days after receiving the order. We will refund the money when we receive the goods. The artwork shall be returned in its original package, and you shall bear the cost of shipping returns, customs duties and additional charges.
8.I don’t have a PayPal account. What should I do?
You may be able to pay with a card via PayPal without a PayPal account. Here’s how:
1. Click Check out with PayPal and you’ll be redirected to PayPal. Instead of choosing to pay with your PayPal account, select Pay with Debit or Credit Card.
2. You'll be prompted to fill in your billing and credit card information.
3. Enter your email address so PayPal can send you a receipt.
4. Click Continue to return to Etsy. Your payment isn't sent until you click Submit order on Etsy.
Custom and personalized orders
Stretched： Painting on canvas stretched on the wooden frame, it's ready for hanging.
Unstretched：Painting on not stretched canvas, rolled in a tube. In this case you'll have to stretch this canvas in the nearest art workshop.
Care instructions
Never hang your canvas painting outside, in areas of high humidity, or near any heat source.
Please make sure that you clean your hands before handling any canvas painting.
Do not place anything on top of the canvas or lay your canvas with the front facing down.
How to tighten a loose and saggy canvas painting:
If over the years you notice that your canvas is starting to loosen up and sag, you can try the following:
Spray an even, fine mist of clean water or distilled water on the back of the canvas. The canvas should tighten up when it dries.
Never use any chemical cleaners to clean your canvas painting.
