SPECIAL NOTES
+We do a weekly shop update on Friday afternoons with new inventory.
+Due to the handmade nature of our work, our manufacturing capacity is limited to what we can create with our own hands. We have a rotating schedule that allows us to create each of our Story Goddess figures once a month (minimum). If the figure you are looking for is sold out, she should be back in the shop within a week or two!
+We are open for custom requests (message for the request form link).
+We do our best to honor small/simple special requests such as switching or adding charms to existing inventory via note in your order comments (we do not consider this to be separate custom ordering). Color swap requests ARE considered custom requests.
+We work from a physical studio building separate from our home (on the same grounds). Our Office Manager, Shasta, helps with operations and replying to inquiries.
+Small specialty kits are offered each each month via dedicated listing for our patrons at Patreon: http://patreon.com/goddessmagic (limit one per person please).
+Regarding combined shipping: combining shipping requires multiple steps and is a time consuming process of processing partial refunds, adding shipping notes, etc. which slows down our overall ability to process orders received in the shop in a timely fashion. As such, multiple orders from the same customer placed on different days or different times will usually be shipped separately in order to prevent orders from being backlogged behind combined orders or disrupted mail service. Exceptions possible if multiple orders are placed very close together or need a single item added to an existing larger order.

+The larger and more complex your order and the more it includes special requests or adjustments or the combining of multiple orders, the longer it will take us to ship. Books, charms, stickers, and single or double goddess orders usually can ship within only 1-3 days.
+Our scheduled business hours are 9-4 Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. This affects our shipping days and our conversation reply time. It is normal for there to be a two-day gap in conversation reply or shipping day. We appreciate your patience and understanding with the limits of our small, home-grown business. :)

We choose not to offer “free shipping” in the shop, because no shipping is ever free, it is bundled into the cost of your items. By paying actual shipping charges (which is what we charge), you actually save money on total item costs when buying more than one item. Thank you for helping keep commerce human and humane, by recognizing that there are real people, working hard, behind your orders! ❤️
We are happy to ship all over the world. Postal rates are high for international orders and unfortunately this must be reflected in our shipping charges. We are happy to refund any shipping overcharges as we navigate the new rates, but in general it now costs a minimum of $13 to mail anything (even a quite small package) overseas from our home in the US. The calculated shipping feature also struggles to combine shipping on orders, so if you see a high total shipping for multiple items, rest assured that we will also refund any excess that arises here. Most packages, even for multiple items, actually cost no more than $25 to ship internationally (and about $9 to ship within the US), so if you want more than one item, don't be afraid!

Molly and Mark co-create original Story Goddesses, goddess sculptures, goddess art, birth art, priestess jewelry, goddess pendants, and mini goddesses. Molly sculpts the original designs and Mark molds and casts the sculptures in resin. We also have a line of ceremony and ritual kits and Red Tent resources as well as mother blessing charms, first moon bundles, crone gifts, and miscarriage memorial items. Brigid's Grove integrates Molly's priestess work and goddess-centered practices with our family's shared interests in creative, intentional, sacred living, as well as gemstones, metal work, and nature.
Brigid is the Irish triple goddess of smithcraft, poetry, and midwifery. She is also a Christian saint associated with midwives, birthing mothers, and infants. We chose our shop name based on how beautifully Brigid represents the interests and skills of our whole family.
