I don't understand this 3 stars review, so I will waist my precious time and respond with questions (most of the time I just roll my eyes): Sydney luebe purchased a $20 (great item), please look at the pictures, she paid $11 to have it shipped to WA from MA (reality is a had to pay some out of pocket). She had a chance not to purchase it if she didn't "Expected" to pay for shipping (LMAO). Why SHE PURCHASED IT FOR GOODNESS SAKE?! Why didn't she just pass on and allowed someone else to buy it? YOU not expecting to pay shipping?". WHAT? how do you expected your item to get to WA "your Highness"? did you prefer that I bike to WA and delivery in person? She them waited patiently to write a bad review...(home alone and unhappy I'm sure!!!) It's a scary world we leave in...

1 out of 5 starsI am very disappointed that this seller never returned my messages nor acknowledged my existence. I wish Etsy wouldn’t hound me to write a review, yet here I am writing my FIRST ever negative. I’m sorry this seller chose to not respond nor send me my item. I’m thankful Etsy did the right thing by refunding me right away. All I ask is that buyers please message the seller before you purchase. I have a feeling this seller prefers to go by Instagram sales rather than Etsy due to the automatic response to do so. Make this seller happy and do not purchase via Etsy.

1 out of 5 starsSeller failed to disclose significant damage in listing description and their photos were taken at such an angle as to obscured the damage. Seller did not respond favorably to my request for a partial refund to compensate for the damage and I was forced to open a dispute with Etsy who sided with me.

Be aware of Mr "Brook Friend" from Andover KS, he's on a mission to explore sellers, on march 29th he purchase a glass frog for $15 with no description, just pictures and request to buyer to exams the pictures, upon received he wrote 3 pages letters complaining about, I immediately offer to take it back and purchase a return label for him, I order boxes for him to return it and have it shipped to his address, he denial, never answer, didn't return my merchandise and open a case, I never received notification from etsy, but appeal and got refund. Cheap fellow, take advantage of sellers, please google him and notice he has a habit of do so. Contact me in private if you need more info.
