The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because some of the red paint (slightly bleed onto the some parts of the shoelaces and on the tongue of one of the shoes). Shoelaces will be replaced. Outside of that, the shoes are beautiful.

Custom and personalized orders
Please keep in mind that all orders have a 3-4 week shipping grace period for the following reasons:
1. Shipment: Sometimes the shoe size you order is not currently in stock. If this should occur, it gives me time to order your prefered size.
2. Customizations: All orders are made to order and painted by hand. I take time and pride in my work. Please be patient with me.
3. Small business: I also am an educator by day and run the shop as a one-woman show. The grace period gives me time to perfect your customizations. This is not a business of mass production.

Care instructions
All shoes that are customized are sealed with an acrylic finisher to prevent paint cracking and for waterproofing. Please clean with a proper shoe cleaner or a mild soap. Do not use brushes with extra hard bristles or cleaning products containing bleach.
