it's a good mat. the only thing i don't like is, that as soon you touch it, it looks messy (like velours leather, you see stripes when you touch it). i always have to vacuum it carefully from one side to the other before a new customer comes in so it looks nice and clean. but everything else (design, quality of mat, shipping) was fine.
