The need to CREATE...

That's where it all started. A mom in a small town with a few good friends and a long Montana winter.

When I was in art school, I couldn't imagine never feeling inspired to create things again. Then I had one kid, then two, and my days were filled with reading books, fixing snacks, cleaning up after messy little fingers, wiping noses, kissing toes, laundry, cleaning, cooking, and the list goes on... and one day I looked around and realized that I had almost lost the desire to create. So I nurtured that part of me back to life and Bronze House Designs was born.

Bronze House is a name I picked. It evokes a sense of warmth and richness and family. The "someday" farm house that I hope to someday build is full of rich browns and bronzes. Bronze makes me think of beautiful things.
