The finished design is adorable, but installation was much more difficult than expected. It arrived with no instructions, and even after watching YouTube tutorials and having experience with wall decals, it still took me nearly two hours to install. The design came in two large pieces, making alignment tricky. Straight-cut edges would have made leveling much easier. Very little of the decal transferred cleanly. I had to work each piece from the backing to the transfer paper, then again onto the wall. It would have been much easier with two people. The decal even tore during installation, although thankfully it's not noticeable. Since hanging it, I've had to go back and press down lifting edges several times. For the price, I expected a much smoother experience. Also, shipping was slow—it took 19 days to arrive.

Shipping took way too long, the product is cute but doesn’t stick very well to wall have to keep applying pressure to certain areas.

Order hasn’t arrived at all

I did not need customer service. My item has been sitting with the vendor since 02/22 with UPS "waiting" to receive the item. My original gauruntee date was 03/02. I am givng this seller a 1 star review. Based on the reviews, this appears to be happening A LOT with the seller - items are not being delivered or "shipped". Etsy should be investigating this and closing this store down if that is true.

I NEVER RECEIVED THIS ITEM AND THE SELLER NEVER ANSWERED MY MESSAGES

Very poor product, adhesive would not adhere. Asked for a replacement, shop never sent a replacement. Asked for a refund, shop ghosted means now owes me $103.98. Would not recommend.
