* In order to improve the shipment process by offering faster and more secure shipping to my customers, every shipment is accomplished by me and shipped to a courier company in Bulgaria "Deutsche Post" which redirects each package to its recipient.

We provide Express shipping options with DHL for Europe and other countries, For information please see the special listing for DHL Express in our product gallery.
* Orders sent with DHL Express Upgrade will be delivered in 2-3 days after shipment.
* Orders sent with FedEx Express(available for US buyers only) will be delivered in 1-2 business days after shipment.

• All items come from a pet-free and smoke-free atelier.
• Please note that image colors may appear slightly different on your computer monitor than in its original color.
• Please feel free to contact me about any item in the shop. I will gladly provide you with additional information.
• I accept returns only with First Class Priority Air Mail and Tracking Number. Then I can refund your original purchase price minus shipping costs, packaging costs and transaction fees.

I'm in Bulgaria, Europe and airmail delivery for countries outside Europe can take about 10-15 days at busier times such as Christmas.
If you want a more speed shipping please write me for a DHL upgrade. Then the shipping takes 2-4 business days.
