Brunini's Story
Our journey began in 2020 with a single Carolina Reaper plant and a spark of curiosity. That one pepper ignited a passion for growing and experimenting with extreme heat. What started as a small backyard project quickly evolved into an obsession with fermentation, sauce-making, and perfecting bold, flavorful recipes.
Over the years, we expanded our garden, experimented with countless pepper varieties, and honed our craft. After perfecting our signature Fluffy Reaper sauce—a balance of intense heat and rich flavor—we officially launched our brand. Through trial and error, we also developed other standout creations like our habanero-based sauces and Scorching Whiskers spicy salt.
In 2024, we made it official—finalizing branding, securing licenses, launching our first professional batches, and starting to sell to a growing base of spice lovers. Fueled by passion, persistence, and a little feline curiosity (courtesy of Bruno, our mischievous mascot), we’re here to bring you furiously flavorful heat.
