My item has a defect, can I get a refund?
All pins are hand-inspected by me personally before being packed and shipped. Because enamel pins are hand-made items, small defects are possible. Most common defects are very small and cannot be seen easily. Some minor defects can include, but are not limited to, small scratches, small areas of over or under filling, or small screen printing issues. While we always try to eliminate pins with major defects, mistakes can happen! If you believe your order included a major defect, please contact us and provide a photo of the defect.
Where is my order?
We ship Monday - Friday. All orders ship within 1-3 business days of purchase.
We are not responsible for orders that are lost or not delivered due to an incorrect, incomplete or non-USPS verified address. No refunds will be issued. If you notice the shipping address on your order is incorrect, please contact us ASAP so that we can attempt to rectify the address before it is mailed.
If your package is still missing after 6-8 weeks, please contact us and we will assist you.
Sizing details
Item dimensions are provided in each listing. We will not offer refunds for items if you are unhappy with the size.
