Every now and then I am contacted with this type of concern. Check with your post office or mail carrier. Sometimes it was delivered to the wrong address and shows up a day or two later. Once a customer found her package in a shrub! Insurance does not cover stolen packages or those that are scanned as "delivered" by the post office. Please make sure that your address is correct and that it will arrive at a secure location.

My training pants tend to run large. This is to allow for shrinkage and also because moms frequently complained that they ran small when I first started out. The best predictor of fit is child's waist and thigh measurements, not weight. If your child is slender to average build; order a size smaller than you usually would. Upon receiving pants try them on over regular panties or briefs. That way they can be returned If they do not fit. If you aren't certain of what size to order; send a convo with your child's waist and thigh measurement and note which pants you're considering buying.

No, I do not currently sell adult sized items.

If you see something that you like but it's not in your child's size; I am happy to make them as a custom order in the size you need. I will respond with lead time required to make the item (varies from 7-21 days depending on how many orders I currently have). I may or may not have the same fabrics but will always be willing to send photos of possible fabric choices.

I generally avoid trademarked characters and won’t likely have fabric featuring cartoon/movie characters.
