Again, seller hit out of the park. The saddle seat pack is beautiful. The colors are vibrant and they look great in combination with my new bicycle. Quality is top notch, the stitching is perfect and it will last for many years to come. This item for the price and quality is a steal and I am ambivalent to say this on this review as more people will order and the price will go up. Customer service is outstanding with communication and commitment to quality. This seller is the epidemy of professionalism and quality at a fantastic price.

Some times you look for stuff on line and you find a gem...I am so happy that I purchased this item. The craftsmanship is top notch and the attention to detail is to be admired. Absolutely the best service I've gotten on this website. James contacted me directly after my order to ask about what I'd be putting in the tool roll and even added some customizations for me. I've been riding with it for about a month now and it's still in great shape.

He reached out by default to verify what size tube I was planning to store in my tool roll, and as it turns out I needed to size up. He discussed the color scheme with me, and in the end delivered exactly what I hoped for in a tool roll. It stores all the basic tools I take on a ride, deploys/pack away easily, and is aesthetically pleasing to boot. What more can one possibly ask for? I returned for the tube cover.
